PURAANS ARE HISTORY AND SCIENTIFIC DETAILS FROM BIRTH OF SOLAR SYSTEM

Puraans, as the name suggest is ancient history. They provide valuable historical details about the ancient earth, its people, and its problems.

Since Hindus believe in cyclic theory of evolution these Puraans are undated, and may represent events spread over different cycles.

Puraans also give details of formation of solar system including formation of earth, the early stages of earth life and how it evolved. Puraans also tells us about the initial turbulence that was there in our solar system which resulted in the birth of solar system and earth.

This post does not intend to provide these details. The details are exhaustive and have to be culled out from Puraans itself. For that one has to understand them, decode them and then get the details.

Decoding of Puraans is not all that difficult; all one has to do is to first understand the simple basic facts about Sanatan Dharm which are as follows:

The important principle, without which, one will not understand Puranik literature is that Sanatan Dharm believes in evolution and NOT in creation; though when one goes through all stories in these literature, one does get confused.
Sanatan Dharm allows all Puranik literature to be coated in such a way that one has to filter the real from imaginary. Puranik literature contains stories build over real facts, and these stories would contain persons with supernatural powers. But getting your facts culled out from these stories is not very difficult.
There one will find lot of stories about war between Surs and Asurs. At places the word Daanav or Rakshas is also used for Asurs. Dev or Devta are commonly used words for Surs. Now Dev or Devta is the accepted harmonious relation in anything, be it minerals, air, water, gases and existing harmonious relation both inside and outside earth preventing natural calamities. To understand this further, an example is provided: NOWADAYS WHY VAYU DEVTA IS GETTING DEFEATED BY ASURS REGULARLY
The word SATI and PARVATI represent nature and also consort of Lord Shiv. Sati is the consort of Lord Shiv when the evolution or creation so caused by evolution including human, birds, animals, plants and vegetation was NOT cyclic. Parvati is the later stage consort of Lord Shiv when creation became cyclic.
A strong emphasis is given to Asurs or disharmony as it provides GROWTH. Growth, as we know requires change of existing equilibrium and establishment of newer and more acceptable equilibrium. This has to be respected and kept in mind if one wants to understand this literature. Even Shukr Dev, the Guru of Asurs is provided a very respectful status.

RAMAYAN & MAHABHARAT

Ramayan and Mahabharat are actual history of humans of the period when God incarnated to correct the path of humanity.

To that extent they are very important as apart from enriching the Puranik Literature they provide all Dharm (Physical Religious Rules) in very practical way. They cover almost all aspect of human life and discuss various problems nature and humanity faces and how such problems can be resolved. Gita, a part of Mahabharat text guides and motivates an individual in his journey on earth.

Puraans discuss virtually all aspect of life and since Mata Parvati, consort of Lord Shiv is also NATURE, Sanatan Dharm lays very serious emphasis on preservation of natural resources, nature and environment.

SITA LEARNT SKILLS RECEIVED PRACTICAL TRAINING TO PASS AGNI PARIKSHA TEST

THE RELIGIOUS LAWS OF THAT TIME WERE ANTI FEMALE.
IF...IF...In spite of security arrangements, Sita was abducted,

and

ONLY after subsequent victory over Ravan, Ram could get her back.

The then, existing Dharmik(Religious) draconian law for females REQUIRED that Sita should successfully PASS the dreadful AGNI PARIKSHA test(WALKING THROUGH FIRE) to prove her chastity and piousness, and, only after success in test, she could legally STAY with Shri Ram as wife.

And to pass Agni Pariksha test, one needed skills. So what did Ram do?

Ram arranged practical lessons for Sita to teach her skills to pass the dreadful Agni Pariksha test. This was done in complete secrecy. And Sita did pass the dreadful Agni Pariksha test after victory over Ravan.

The History of Avatars provides lot of Dharm, but Hindus are not getting the benefit of these. The reason being, that Sanskrit scholars and Dharm gurus are working overtime to ensure that these Dharm so clear, without any ambiguity, do not reach the masses. And to hide such Dharm, so clear from the history that is Ramayan, interpretation and interpolation is used to convert this into Adharm so that the Hindu society remains passive and can easily be exploited.

Most of the time supernatural powers are added in the characters to hide important historical facts and change the content all together. Once again, this is being repeated; no character in history ever, repeat ever possessed supernatural powers.

We will be discussing what transpired later after disfiguring of Surpnakha killing of Khar Dushan. Ravan started thinking about his possible options, because he knew how weak militarily, Lanka was under him, so direct confrontation was ruled out. Such things are not easy to hide and military strategists were also of the same opinion.

Militarily weak Lanka under the leadership of Ravan was not in a position to directly confront Ram. Some strategists were of the opinion that perhaps he might thing of kidnapping Sita.

Perhaps Ram also felt like this. Remember anticipation is an important part of human training and an important Dharm for humanity too. Even Valmiki and Tulsidas are clear about this that Ram anticipated that Sita might be abducted.

So what did Ram do? As per the present distorted version of Ramayan, Ram asked Agni Dev to keep REAL Sita and provide Chaya(shadow) of Sita instead. This distorted version was alright till we were not in information age, but not now.

In the first place there is no place for supernatural powers in history and secondly, much more important is the fact that this distorted version is showing that Ram is a Hypocrite.

Ram being shown as keeping the shadow of Sita is actually BLESSING the abduction of Sita. No, if one anticipates a possible event, every attempt is made to thwart it or ensure even if some success is achieved by enemy, the losses are minimized. Ram did exactly this, which is the Dharm for entire humanity.Ram taught Sita skills to pass the dreadful agni pariksha. Remember to pass agni pariksha, one needs SKILLS and NOT CHASTITY.

Secodly when Ram taught Sita skills to pass Agni Pariksha, HE gave a CLEAR message to the world and humanity; if HE could not protect Sita and she is kidnapped by Ravan, no matter what happens physically to Sita, Ram will take her back. Passing agni Pariksha was important so that Dharm ALLOWS Sita to stay with Ram.

Ram tightened the security around Sita, as much as possible for a person living in the forest, and also did try to visualize what would happen if by chance Ravan succeeded in abducting Sita.

If, in spite of security arrangements, Sita was abducted, and after subsequent victory Ram could get her back, the then existing Dharmik(Religious) draconian law for females would NOT have allowed Sita to be the queen of Ayodhya, as she would then be required to pass the dreadful Agni Pariksha test. And to pass Agni Pariksha test, one needed skills. So what did Ram do?

The distorted version of Ramayan has INTERPOLATED this, using supernatural powers that Ram asked Agni God to securely keep Sita and provide Shadow of Sita instead.

ABOUT MY BLOG: One has to accept that Hindus, though, highly religious, are not getting desired result as a society. Female feticide, lack of education for girls, dowry deaths, suicides among farmers, increase in court cases among relatives, corruption, mistrust and discontent, are all physical parameters to measure the effectiveness or success/failure of RELIGION, in a society. And all this, despite the fact, that spending on religion, by Hindus, has increased drastically after the advent of multiple TV channels. There is serious problem of attitude of every individual which need to be corrected. Revival of Hindu religion, perhaps, is the only way forward.

I am writing how problems, faced by Indian people can be sorted out by revival of Hindu Religion.

इतिहास की परिभाषा शुरू से यही रही है कि वर्तमान समाज के हित को ध्यान मैं रख करतथ्यों की प्रस्तुति |इसका जीता जागता उद्धारण है कि एक ही इतिहास हिंदुस्तान,पाकिस्तान और बंगलादेश का है, लकिन तथ्यों की प्रस्तुति नेतीनो देशों मैं इसका स्वरुप अलग कर दिया है |

THE answers here, are based on physical parameters, as they should be, as Ramayan and Mahabharat is history of HUMANS & Shri Ram and Shri Krishna are HUMAN REINCARNATION OF GOD.

REMEMBER: GOD is absolute and has absolute powers. HE can use those powers without taking the recourse of HUMAN AVATAR. HE comes as HUMAN to set examples. What examples HE will set if HE uses SUPERNATURAL or MIRACULOUS powers?

Remember an average Hindu cannot read and understand VEDAS and other RICH Hindu religious texts. But nevertheless Hindu Saints were great thinkers and ANTICIPATED the problem that the society would face.

They knew how serious the exploitation of weaker section of the society and females was, by religious Gurus, during PRE RAM ERA.

Similarly Mahabharat was the FIRST WORLD WAR, to determine the future of humanity. Whether humans would be farmed, cloned or BORN as humans as we know them now.
